The Annual Meeting of The Fairmont 5601 Condominium will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held virtually, and a meeting invite will be mailed to all owners. The Bylaws provide that a quorum of 20 percent of the total votes appurtenant to each class of membership, present in person or by Proxy, is required to conduct business at the Annual Meeting. In accordance with Section 11-109(c) 8(ii) of the Real Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland (Maryland Condominium Act) and Section 5-206 of the Corporations Article of the Code of Maryland, if a quorum is not achieved at the meeting, a majority of the members present in person or by Proxy may call for an additional meeting. If so called, the additional meeting shall be held at 7:05pm on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, virtually using the original meeting link.
