TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLLER REPLACEMENT – PHASE 1

The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the District Department of Transportation (“DDOT”), is seeking a contractor to provide services including procurement, programming, configuring, installation, testing, and integration of new advanced transportation controllers and conflict monitor units at 1,584 signalized intersections.

Contract Type: IDIQ with fixed unit pricing

Period of Performance: 1 year base period plus 4 one-year option periods

Bid Due Date: April 23, 2026, at 2 p.m. local time
