NOTICE TO CREDITORS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is the duly acting and qualified Trustee of the PSA IRREVOCABLE TRUST dated January 6, 2026 (“Trust”), a Nevada self-settled asset protection trust. SORAYA T. AGUIRRE, Settlor of that Trust, has made or intends to make certain irrevocable transfers of assets to the Trust. Any creditor having a present claim against the trust estate must file his or her claim with the undersigned at the address given below within six (6) months after the first publication of this notice or within two years after the transfer is made, whichever is later.
