The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF), DC Access Systems (DCAS) is seeking DCSS contractors to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for consumable office supplies to support the agency’s administrative functions and deliver to the DHCF/DCAS located at 441 4th Street, NW, Suite 900S Washington, DC 20002, as well as 955 L’Enfant Plaza, Washington, DC 20024, in accordance with 27 DCMR Section 1802.
