The District of Columbia Government (“the District”) Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) and Department of Human Services (DHS), seeks an experienced Contractor to provide materials and implementation of an educational advertising and outreach campaign to inform beneficiaries and providers about new changes from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OB3) related to changes such as new community engagement requirements, changes to retroactive coverage, reduction of certification period, and beneficiary education on their responsibilities regarding fraud, waste, and abuse.
