PARISS CARLOS JOHNSON, who lived at 2401 Calvert Street, N.W., Apartment 316 (the “Premises”), in Washington, D.C., at the time of their reported death, is the subject of an action for possession by Plaintiff CALVERT HOUSE ASSOCIATES, LLC (“Plaintiff”), in the Landlord and

Tenant Branch of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia (Case No. 2026-LTB-003645). A judgment for possession may lead to eviction and loss of personal property in the Premises.

Any interested person, including but not limited to, creditors, heirs, and legatees of the decedent, shall appear virtually (https://dccourts.webex.com/meet/ctbb109) before the Landlord and Tenant Court in Courtroom B-109 on June 17, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.
