THE OBJECT of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony (a no-fault divorce) from the Defendant, Carlos Isaac Delgado.

An Affidavit having been filed in this cause stating that due diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the Defendant, and stating the Defendant's last known post office address as:

IT IS THEREFORE ADJUDGED, ORDERED, AND DECREED that the Defendant, Carlos Isaac Delgado, do appear on before the 3rd day of June, 2026 (which date is not less than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order), in the Clerk's Office of this Court at the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia, and do what is necessary to protect his interest in this suit. If the Defendant fails to do so, the Court may proceed to hear and determine the matter ex parte.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation, and that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this Court is held.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall mail a copy of this Order to the Defendant at the last know post office address state above.
