Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Fairfax at its meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 7 p.m. in City Hall Annex, Room 100, 10455 Armstrong Street, Fairfax, Virginia, 22030, will hold a public hearing to consider the following:

Request from Amy Solan, applicant, for consideration of a Special Exception (SE) pursuant to City Code Section 110-3.6.1.A from the dimensional standard requirements on the premises identified as 10818 Scott Dr and more particularly described as Tax Map 57-1-07-058.
