Notice is hereby given that for fiscal year 2026 Pentec Health, Inc., a home health agency holding a Certificate of Need for the District of Columbia (license number HCA-0099), intends to provide uncompensated care to any person unable to pay for treatment who requests uncompensated care. Pentec Health does not have any outstanding uncompensated care obligations from previous reporting periods.
