The object of this suit is to:

Wherefore, plaintiff prays that he be granted a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the defendant on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart without cohabitation or interruption for more than one year since August 2023 prior to the institution of this suit; that a Final Decree of Divorce be entered and for any other remedy as the court deems just and proper.

It is ORDERED that Angelica Bacerra appear at the above-named court and protect his/her interests on or before Monday May 4, 2026.
