NOTICE - FY 2027 – FY 2031 Five-Year Consolidated Plan Available for Review

In accordance with Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 as amended and the regulations found at 24 CFR part 91, et. seq., the Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) has drafted Montgomery County’s proposed Five-Year Consolidated Plan covering the period July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2031.

The Five-Year Consolidated Plan describes projects proposed for funding in County Fiscal Years 2027 – 2031 (July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2031) - with CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds. All interested parties are invited to submit comments on the Plan and the community development performance of Montgomery County.

The Plan will be available on DHCA’s website beginning April 14, 2026: https://montgomerycountymd.gov/dhca/grants/conplan.html Written statements may be submitted via US mail or email until 4:00 PM, May 15, 2026 and should be addressed to
