RZ/FDP-2025-PR-00014 - 1950 OG JV LLC, RZ and FDP Appls. to rezone from R-1, C-1, C-3, SC and HC to PTC, SC and HC to permit a multifamily residential development with an overall Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 1.79 inclusive of bonus density and approval of the conceptual and final development plan.
