SHOW CAUSE ORDER

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Lance Ness, the Administrator of the Estate of Carisia Switala, deceased, and of the debts and demands against the estate have been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of the personal representative, it is

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 8th day of May, 2026 before this Court at its courtroom, against the payment and delivery of the Estate to the persons thereunto entitled, without refunding bonds, and it is further

ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper with general circulation in this jurisdiction. Date: 7th day of April, 2026
