THE OBJECT of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony from the Defendant on the grounds that the parties have lived separate and apart for a period exceeding one year.

IT APPEARING by affidavit that the Defendant's present whereabouts are unknown, that due diligence was used to attempt to locate the Defendant without effect, and that the last known address of the Defendant is as follows:11812 Idlewood Rd Silver Spring, Maryland 20906.

IT IS ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before May 14, 2026, and protect his interests herein;

AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The Clerk of the Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and shall mail a copy of this Order to the defendant at the post office address, if any, given in the affidavit of the plaintiff filed herein.
