The Government of the District of Columbia is soliciting electronic proposals for the following:

CAPTION: FY26 Emergency Mechanical Systems Replacement (EMS)

The District of Columbia (“District”) Office of Contracting and Procurement (“OCP”), on behalf of Department of Energy and Environment (“DOEE”), Residential Services Division (RSD) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Emergency mechanical system services for low-income households for the Emergency Mechanical Systems Program (EMS). The goal of this procurement is to identify contractors capable of performing emergency heating and cooling system replacements and repairs for 20-25 low-income residential properties across the District of Columbia. Services include the assessment of failed HVAC or water heating systems, the installation of new HVAC systems or performing repairs and additional work to restore functioning heating, cooling or water heating systems.
