REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONs (RFQ)

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR

REHABILITATION OF THE MALL TUNNEL.

1. The District of Columbia is issuing public notice of Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction management services for the Rehabilitation of the Mall Tunnel (the “Project”) in the District of Columbia.

2. The District contemplates the award of 1 indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity type contract. The period of performance consists of a single Five (5) Year Base Period subdivided into five (5) Ordering Periods of twelve (12) months each.

3. Responses are due on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 2p.m. EST. The RFQ documents and any amendments or updates to the RFQ will be available on the District Department of Transportation Access Portal (DTAP) website, https://dtap.ddot.dc.gov and https://contracts.ocp.dc.gov/solicitations.
