Cassiel, LLC V. Sultan's Kitchen, Omar Miah, and Masum Khan

The above-captioned civil action is now pending against Omar Miah, and other defendants, in the Lebanon Circuit Court, District Division in New Hampshire. A copy of the complaint filed in that action may be examined by interested parties at the courthouse or on-line via New Hampshire Judicial Branch Case Access Portal.
