3:30 p.m. PCA-78-S-063-16 (RZPA-2025-SU-00045) - NORTHERN VIRGINIA ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, PCA Appl. to amend the proffers for RZ-78-S-063 previously approved for industrial development to permit an expansion of the existing substation and associated modifications to proffers and site design with an overall Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 0.4. 4:00 p.m. Public hearing on proposed alterations to the following Sanitary Districts for refuse/recycling and/or leaf collection service:

1. Contract North Chambliss Area 1 Sanitary District in DTA Mason District within Mason District for the purpose of removing refuse/recycling and vacuum leaf collection services.

4:00 p.m. Public hearing on proposed alterations to the following Sanitary Districts for refuse/recycling and/or leaf collection service:

1. De-create/re-create Champion Oak Court Area Sanitary District in DTA Local District 1B within Mason District for the purpose of providing refuse/recycling and removing vacuum leaf collection services.

4:00 p.m. Citizens and businesses of Fairfax County are encouraged to present their views on issues of concern. The Board will hear public comment on any issue except issues under litigation, issues which have been scheduled for public hearing before the Board (this date and future dates), personnel matters, and/or comments regarding individuals. Each speaker may have up to three minutes and a maximum of 10 speakers will be heard. Speakers may address the Board only once during a six-month period. Individuals wishing to provide public comment must sign up in advance no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day of the public comment period either online at https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/bosclerk/speakers-form or by calling 703-324-3151.
