IN RE: Jocemin Marshall Shaun Penatzer a/k/a Jocemin Penatzer, a minor. NO. AP-047-2026 in the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

TO: The Unknown Father of Jocemin Marshall Shaun Penatzer a/k/a Jocemin Penatzer, a male minor, born to Aniya Michelle Elizabeth Penatzer a/k/a Aniya Saunders-Penatzer on November 24, 2023 in Washington, D.C.

A petition has been filed asking the court to put an end to all rights you have to your child, Jocemin Marshall Shaun Penatzer a/k/a Jocemin Penatzer. The court has set a hearing to consider ending your rights to your child. That hearing will be held at the Family Court Building, 550 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on June 10, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. (Prevailing Eastern Time), before the Honorable David L. Spurgeon. You are warned that even if you fail to appear at the scheduled hearing, the hearing will go on without you and your rights to your child may be ended by the court without your being present.
