The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Health Care Finance, Office of Health Care Ombudsman and Public Benefits and Bill of Rights (OHCOPBBR) (District) is seeking a qualified consultant firm to provide an annual report detailing insurance grievances, their outcomes, and ensuring full compliance with relevant insurance regulations and case law. The selected Contractor will be responsible for interpreting complex insurance regulations and providing expert analysis for reporting purposes.
