SHOW CAUSE ORDER

It is ordered that the creditors of, and all other persons interested in the above estate show cause, if they can, on the 6th day of May, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. before this Court at its courtroom, against payment and delivery of the estate to the distributees without requiring refunding bonds. The hearing will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams.

It is further ordered that the portion of this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper with general circulation in this jurisdiction, it appearing that a report of the accounts of Christopher Rushford, Executor of the Estate, and of the debts and demands against the estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since his qualification as Executor.
