The object of this suit is to:

Wherefore, plaintiff prays that he be granted a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the defendant on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart without cohabitation or interruption for more than one year since April 2025. That a Final Decree of Divorce be entered and for any other remedy as the court deems just and proper.

It is ORDERED that Elli Karla Aguilar Delgado appear at the above-named court and protect his/her interests on or before Monday June 8, 2026.
