CAPTION: Doc810321 - FY26 Dry Cleaning Substance Assessment Remediation

The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Energy and Environment (the “District”) is seeking an experienced environmental engineering and consulting services provider to support investigation of chlorinated solvent release sites. The task requires the completion of soil, groundwater, and soil vapor sampling adjacent to 15 former drycleaning facilities where chlorinated solvents are known to have been used.
