NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at a meeting of the Fairfax County Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA), on WEDNESDAY, MAY 20, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. at 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax VA 22035, the BZA will hold public hearings, at which time it will consider the following:

9:00 A.M. - Kaveh Sari, SP 2023-MV-00057 to permit a reduction in setback requirements based on errors in building location to permit an accessory structure (two-story detached garage) to remain 28.8 ft from the front lot line and 17.8 ft. from the east side lot line. Located at 8926 Khalsa Ct., on approx. 36,420 sq. ft. of land zoned R-1. Mount Vernon District. Tax Map 106-2 ((15)) 1.
