NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT

TAX RATE

FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-27

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Virginia and the Town of Vienna, Virginia, that at the Regular Council Meeting of May 18, 2026, it is the intent of the Town Council to adopt the following:

Real estate property tax rate for Fiscal Year 2026-27 of $0.1925 per $100 of assessed valuation which represents an effective tax rate increase of 3.5%.
