Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fairfax at its meeting on May 26, 2026, at 7 p.m. in City Hall Annex, Room 100, 10455 Armstrong Street, Fairfax, Virginia, 22030, will hold a public hearing to consider the following:

Request from Chelsea Wolf, applicant, for consideration of a Special Use Permit pursuant to City Code Section 110-3.5.5. to allow the keeping of four hens as an accessory use to a single-family dwelling in the RM (Residential Medium) zoning district on premises known as, 4136 Orchard Drive and more particularly described as Tax Map 57-4-05-04-075.
