TAX RATE

FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-27

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Virginia and the Town of Vienna, Virginia, that at the Regular Council Meeting of May 18, 2026, the Town Council adopted the following:

(Effective July 1, 2026)

Proposed real estate property tax rate for Fiscal Year 2026-27 of $0.1900 cents per $100 of assessed valuation which represents an effective tax rate increase of 2.2%.
