SHOW CAUSE ORDER

Upon the motion of Cary Z. Cucinelli and Valerie B. Geiger, Administrators of the Estate of Andrew Francis Corsun ("the Estate") and

IT APPEARING that a Commissioner's Report on the Debts and Demands Hearing has been filed in the Office of the Clerk of this Court, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification of Cary Z. Cucinelli and Valerie B. Geiger, Administrators of the Estate of Andrew Francis Corsun, it is therefore

IT FURTHER APPEARING that the matter will be heard remotely via Microsoft Teams. DO NOT APPEAR IN PERSON AT THE COURTHOUSE. Two (2) days prior to the hearing the links to the Motions Day dockets and Microsoft Teams meetings will be posted to the Court's website (ww.alexandria.gov/CircuitCourt, scroll down to "Meeting Links"). Telephone numbers to be used by those participants who do not have internet access will also be posted; it is therefore

ORDERED that the creditors and all other persons interested in the Estate show cause, if any they can, at 10:00 a.m. on June 10, 2026, remotely via Microsoft Teams before this Court against the payment and delivery of the Estate in accordance with the proposed Second and Final Account; and it is further

ORDERED that this Show Cause Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times newspaper, in accordance with the provisions of Virginia Code §64.2-556.
