REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Preschool Classroom Furniture

LEARN DC Public Charter School, located in Washington DC, is requesting proposals to procure all labor, materials, transportation, delivery, assembly, and installation services necessary to furnish six (6) preschool charter school classrooms with age-appropriate, durable, and commercially rated educational furniture. Furniture shall include, but not be limited to, student tables and chairs, teacher desks and seating, storage units, shelving, cubbies, dramatic play furnishings, reading area furniture, and other classroom furnishings as specified in the final scope of work. All products must meet applicable safety, fire, and early childhood education standards and be suitable for daily use by preschool-aged children. The vendor shall coordinate delivery and installation schedules with the school to minimize disruption to operations and shall ensure all furniture is fully assembled, properly placed, and ready for immediate use upon project completion. The vendor shall also remove and dispose of all packaging and debris generated during installation and provide warranty information and product documentation at the time of completion.
