SHOW CAUSE ORDER

It appears that more than six months have elapsed since the qualification of Maryalice Brown Thomas and Members Trust Company, Co-Executors for the Estate of Roger Keith Thomas (the "Estate"), deceased, and on the motion of the Co-Executors, Members Trust Company and Maryalice Brown Thomas, it is

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all other persons interested in, the Estate show cause, if any they can, at 9:00 a.m. in Fairfax on June 26th, 2026, before the Court at its Courtroom, against payment and delivery of the Estate to the distributees/

legatees with or without requiring refunding bonds as this Court may determine.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper circulated in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
