St. Coletta of Greater Washington is seeking proposals from prospective candidates for an HVAC equipment replacement & building management system upgrade project at the St. Coletta Special Education Public Charter School campus located at 1901 Independence Ave, SE, Washington, DC 20003. The project includes replacement of rooftop units (RTUs), installation of new BACnet-compatible VAV controllers, migration from the existing Trane Tracer Summit control system to a Trane SC web-enabled platform, equipment startup, testing and balancing, and all associated electrical, rigging, and integration work.
