TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION(BOE) OF REAL ESTATE ASSESSMENTS OF ARLINGTON CO., VA, will hold the Commercial Assessment Guideline Briefing and a series of hearings on the following dates and times for the purpose of hearing complaints of assessment inequalities. The Board of Equalization hearings will be conducted using electronic means.

The public may view the video of this meeting with closed captioning via YouTube. A recording of the meeting will be posted to the BOE webpage 5 business days after the meeting. These meetings will be Hybrid, meaning 50% will be virtual and the remaining will be in person.

Submit written comments to the BOE at: assessments@arlingtonva.us. Any comments received by 3:00PM the day before the hearing will be provided to the Board of Equalization Commission in advance of the public hearing by the BOE Staff.
