NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fairfax at its meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 7 p.m. in City Hall Annex, Room 100, 10455 Armstrong Street, Fairfax, Virginia, 22030, will hold a public hearing to consider the following:

An ordinance enacting and authorizing a license agreement between the City of Fairfax and Fairfax Eruv Committee, for the placement of Eruv facilities on existing joint use utility poles in the public right-of-way.

An ordinance amending and re-enacting Chapter 38 (Environment), Article II (Noise), of the Code of City of Fairfax, Virginia, pertaining to noise mitigation and the regulation of loud, disturbing and unnecessary noises.
