THE OBJECTS OF THIS ACTION are Plaintiff's Petition to Recognize and Register the parties' foreign divorce order, as well as Plaintiff's Verified Petition for Rule to Show Cause seeking to hold Defendant in contempt for his failure to abide by certain provisions of the parties' divorce agreement and the parties' foreign order of divorce, and

IT APPEARING BY Affidavit filed according to law that diligence has been used by the Plaintiff to determine the location of Defendant, without success; it is therefore

ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before the 24th day of July, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., and do what is necessary to protect his interests;

And, it is further

ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Fairfax; that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this court is held; and that a copy of this order be mailed to the Defendant at the address stated in the aforesaid affidavit.
