FDPA-2018-HM-020-002 (RZPA-2025-HM-00054) - TRI POINTE HOMES DC METRO, INC., FDPA Appl. to amend the final development plan and conditions for RZ-2018-HM-020 to permit 58 single-family attached dwelling units on Block N1 and 61 single-family attached dwelling units on Block W2 at a 0.92 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) inclusive of bonus density.
