THE OBJECT of the above-styled case used is to obtain an Annulment of Marriage on the grounds of fraud and duress pursuant to § 20-89.1 of the Code of Virginia; and

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT by Affidavit filed according to law that Defendant's last known address is: 14400 Glenmanor Dr. Chantilly, VA 20151; that Defendant fled the United States on September 3, 2025 and did not provide a new address to Plaintiff; that Defendant's present whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiff; and that Plaintiff has used due diligence to attempt to locate the Defendant without effect; it is therefore

ORDERED, that this Order of Publication is GRANTED and that said Defendant is to appear before this court on or before 9th day of July, 2026, after proper publication of this Order to protect his interest(s) in this cause.

And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City/county of Fairfax. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and shall mail a copy of this Order to the Defendant at his last-known address.
