BOND PROGRAM OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE

The District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA) Office of Capital Programs (OCP) seeks a qualified Bond Program Owner’s Representative to manage the work of the developers and to ensure that each property meets the Authority’s unit and site renovation standards. The Authority will procure as Owner’s Representative an individual experienced in representing the “owner”, preparing budgets and schedules, overseeing the work of the developers, A&E firms, and general contractors, and managing multiple renovation projects simultaneously.
