The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Prince William, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Prince William, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain tract or parcel of land situated about one and one half miles north of Independent Hill, Coles Magisterial District, Prince William County, Viriginia, containing 1.01 acres more or less according to the Survey made by Rush W. Boyer C.L.S. dated February 1972 and recorded in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office for Prince William County, Virginia as Deed Book 621, at Page 560 and more fully described as follows:
Starting at an iron pipe in the north edge of a dedicated (or reserved road) and corner with land owned or formerly owned by Geris; thence with said Geris N. 36° 00’ 40” E. 252.66 feet to an iron pipe; thence with land owned or formerly owned by Communications Inc. S. 54° 29’ 30” E. 112.15 feet to an iron pipe; thence with cut-off line owned or formerly owned by Lowe S. 49° 50’ 05” E. 63.00 feet to a stake; thence with land owned or formerly owned by Herbert S. 36° 00’ 40” W. 248.50 feet to an iron stake; thence with the north edge of the aforementioned road N. 54° 11’ 00” W. 175.00 feet to the starting point. And being the same real property conveyed to Wayne C. Freese and Nadine E. Freese from Bradford Lowe and Stella M. Lowe by Deed dated February 15, 1972 and recorded on February 25, 1972 in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office for Prince William County, Virginia as Deed Book 621, page 558.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 773, Page 291; Deed Book 609, Page 150; Deed Book 598, Page 317; Deed Book 396, Page 295; Deed Book 391, Page 546; Deed Book 391, Page 544; Deed Book 388, Page 26; Deed Book 84, Page 448; Instrument Number 200604170059138 .
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Nadine E. Freese, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 13641 Independence Dr., Manassas, Virginia 20112; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before July 16, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince William, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
