The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Prince William, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Prince William, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 8492-15-9256

Account No. 38511

All that certain lot or parcel of land, with all rights, ways, easements, lying and being situate in Prince William County, Virginia and more particularly described as follows:

Lot 98, Section 3, BELMONT, as the same appears duly dedicated, platted and recorded in Deed Book 214, at Page 234 among the land records of Prince William County, Virginia.

And being the same real property conveyed to Joseph C. Boyd and Ada B. Boyd as tenants by the entirety with the right of survivorship from Stanley E. Foor and Sally W. Foor by Deed dated August 30, 1976 and recorded on August 31, 1976 in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office for Prince William County, Virginia as Deed Book 864, Page 111.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Joseph C. Boyd, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 13517 Wood St., Woodbridge, Virginia 22191; Ada B. Boyd, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Denise A. Boyd, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before July 16, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince William, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
