SHOW CAUSE ORDER

Upon motion of the personal representative;

IT APPEARING to the Court that:

1. Reports of the accounts of the personal representative of the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's office;

2. The Commissioner’s Report on the Debts and Demands against the Estate has been filed in the Clerk’s office ; and that

3. Six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the personal representative; it is, therefore,

ORDERED that the creditors and all other persons interested in the Estate show cause, if any they can, at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday the 10th day of June, 2026, before this Court against the payment and delivery of the Estate of the decedent to the distributees without requiring refunding bonds. The matter ill be heard remotely via Microsoft Teams. DO NOT APPEAR IN PERSON AT THE COURTHOUSE. Two (2) days prior to the hearing the links to the Motion Day dockets and Microsoft Teams meetings will be posted to the Court's website (www.alexandria.gov/CircuitCourt, scroll down to "Meeting Links"). Telephone numbers to be used by those participants who do not have internet access will also be posted."; and it is further

ORDERED that this Show Cause Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper published in the County of Fairfax, Virginia, in accordance with the provisions of Virginia Code §64.2-556.
