SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the accounts of Gretchyn G. Meinken, Executor of the Estate of Nellie B. Strickland, and a commissioner's report of the debts and demands hearing against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's office of this court and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Administrator.

On the motion of the Executor , it is hereby ORDERED that the creditors of and all others interested in the Estate of Nellie B. Strickland do show cause, if any, on the 8th day of July, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. before this Court against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Nellie B. Strickland to the distributees without requiring refunding bonds. The matter will be heard remotely via Microsoft Teams. DO NOT APPEAR IN PERSON AT THE COURTHOUSE. Two (2) days prior to the hearing the links to the Motions Day dockets and Microsoft Teams meetings will be posted to the Court's website (www.alexandriava.gov/CircuitCouurt, scroll down to "Meeting Links"). Telephone numbers to be used by those participants who do not have internet access will also be posted.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Alexandria, Virginia.
