Wherefore, plaintiff prays that he be granted a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the defendant on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart without cohabitation or interruption for more than one year since February 2025 prior to the institution of this suit; that a final decree of divorce be entered and for any other remedy the court deems just and proper.
