SHOW CAUSE ORDER
UPON the motion of the Administrator:
IT APPEARING that a Commissioner's Report on the Debts and Demands Hearing has been filed in the Office of the Clerk of this Court, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification of Christopher Mays as Administrator of the Estate, it is there
ORDERED that creditors of, and all others interested in the Estate do show cause, if any they can, at 10:00 a.m. on the 8th day of July, 2026, before this Court at its courtroom, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of the decedent in accordance with the proposed schedule of distributions in this matter; and it is further
ORDERED that the matter will be heard remotely via Microsoft Teams DO NOT APPEAR IN PERSON AT THE COURTHOUSE. Two (2) days prior to the hearing the links to the Motions Day dockets and Microsoft Teams meetings will be posted to the Court's website (www.alexandriava.gov/CircuitCourt), scroll down to "Meeting Links"). Telephone numbers to be used by those participants who do not have internet access will also be posted.
ORDERED that this Show Cause Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Washington Times newspaper, in accordance with the provisions of § 64.2-556 of the Code of Virginia.
