ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AGAINST ORDER OF PAYMENT

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Joshua E. Bushman, Administrator of the Estate of Paul A Owens, deceased, by counsel, and a report of debts and demands against the estate have been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Administrator, and on motion of Joshua E. Bushman, Administrator, it is

ORDERED that creditors of, and all others interested in the above estate, if any, do show cause, if any they can, on June 24, 2026, at 10:00AM, before this Court virtually via Microsoft Teams, against the payment and delivery of the assets of the Estate to the creditors of the Estate, pursuant to the provisions of Virginia Code §§64.2-556, in accordance with the Report of Debts and Demands which has been filed in the clerk's Office by Gary W. Lonergan, Commissioner of Accounts.

This matter will be heard remotely via Microsoft Teams. DO NOT APPEAR IN PERSON AT THE COURTHOUSE. Two (2) days prior to the hearing the links to the Motions Day dockets and Microsoft Team meetings will be posted to the Court's website (www.alexandriava.gov/CircuitCourt, scroll down to "Meeting Links"). Telephone numbers to be used by those participants who do not have internet access will also be posted.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper published and having a general circulation in the City of Alexandria, Virginia. ENTERED this 15th day of May, 2026.
