SHOW CAUSE ORDER

IT APPEARING that an Inventory and Amended First Account of the assets by Vaughan Fincher & Sotelo, PC, Executor for the Estate of Eileen Mary Jackson, deceased, and the Commissioner's Report of Debts and Demands against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of Vaughan, Fincher & Sotelo, PC, Executor;

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in the Estate of Eileen Mary Jackson do show cause, if they can, on the 10th day of July, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.,, before this Court at its courthouse, against the payment and delivery of the net assets of the said Estate of Eileen Mary Jackson, deceased, to the beneficiaries of the Will without requiring refunding bonds;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper published in the County of Fairfax, Virginia. ENTERED this 28th day of May, 2026.
