ORDER

Plaintiff filed a Motion for Order to Publish Notice of Action (“Motion,” ECF No. 3) asking to serve Defendant by publication. The Court has reviewed the Motion and finds it proper to grant the relief requested. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the Motion and ORDERS as follows:

1. Within 14 days after entry of this Order, Plaintiff must publish a copy of this Order in The Washington Post or The Washington Times and must provide a copy of this Order through email to Defendant domain name listed in Paragraph 3 (“Defendant Domain Name”) at contact@sglf.org and to the registrant of the Defendant Domain Name using the email addresses abuse@godaddy.com and courtdisputes@godaddy.com;

2. No later than 20 days after the entry of this Order, Plaintiff must file a declaration describing the steps Plaintiff has taken to comply with this Order;

3. The Court advises the owner(s) of the Defendant Domain Name SGLF.ORG:

a. Plaintiff has filed a Complaint charging the Defendant Domain Name with violating the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act. Counsel for Plaintiff, Attison Barnes, III, Wiley Rein LLP, 2050 M Street, N.W., telephone (202) 719-7000, can provide a copy of the Complaint.

b. If Plaintiff prevails against the Defendant Domain Name, the Court could award damages, injunctive relief, and the forfeiture or cancellation of the Defendant Domain Name or the transfer of the Defendant Domain Name to Plaintiff.

c. Any Defendant wishing to respond to the Complaint must file an answer or other response with the Clerk of Court, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division, 401 Courthouse Square, Alexandria, Virginia 22314-5798 within 21 days from the date this Order is published in The Washington Post or The Washington Times. If no party appears or files a pleading as this Order requires, this Court may enter a default judgment against the Defendant Domain Name that could include the forfeiture or cancellation of the Defendant Domain Name or the transfer of the Domain Name to Plaintiff.
