THE OBJECT of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the grounds of having lived separate and apart for a period exceeding one year.

IT IS APPEARING by affidavit that the Defendant’s present whereabouts are unknown, that due diligence was used to attempt to locate the Defendant without effect, and that the last known address of the Defendant is as follows: 5 Orchid Ln. Stafford, Virginia 22554.

IT IS ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before July 21, 2026, and protect his interests herein;

AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and shall mail a copy of this Order to the defendant at the post office address, if any, given in the affidavit of the plaintiff filed herein.
