ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of the Complaint filed by the Plaintiff in the case styled Hunters Woods Village Condominium Association v. The Unknown Heirs, Devisees and/or Successors in Interest of Mary Lynn Hendrix, Deceased, et al., Case No. CL2026-0007262, Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia, is to seek a Decree from this Court ordering that certain real property located at 11817 Breton Court, Unit 11B, Reston, VA 20191 formerly owned by the now deceased Mary Lynn Hendrix be sold at a Judicial Sale pursuant to Va. Code Sections 8.01-462 and 55.1-1966.I.

Plaintiff has been unable to identify or locate any heirs at law, devisees, legatees and/or alienees of Mary Lynn Hendrix, whose addresses are unknown, one or all of whom may be deceased or out of state if they exist at all.

It is therefore this 1st day of June, 2026, ORDERED by the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia, that the Plaintiff, by causing a copy of this Order to be published in The Washington Times, a newspaper published in the County of Fairfax once in each of four successive weeks, shall give notice to the unknown heirs at law, devisees, legatees and/or alienees of Mary Lynn Hendrix of the object and substance of the Complainant, warning them to appear in this Court in person or by Counsel within fifty (50) days of the date of entry of this Order, and show cause, if any they can, why a Decree or Order should not be passed as prayed for by Plaintiff.
