Public hearing before the Planning Commission of Fairfax County, Virginia, to be held at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035.
Plan Amendment #SSPA 2023-III-12UP concerns approx. 3.5 ac. generally located at 1950 Roland Clarke Place in the Wiehle-Reston East Transit Station Area [Tax Map #17-4((14))(1A)2A] in the Hunter Mill Supervisor District. The area is planned for Residential Planned Community designated as Residential Mixed Use with a 75% residential 25% nonresidential split at an intensity up to a 3.55 FAR. The amendment will consider adding an option for single-family attached residential up to 20 dwelling units per acre. Recommendations relating to the transportation network may also be modified.

At the public hearing, interested persons will be given an opportunity to express their view regarding the application.
