EMPLOYMENT AND INCOME VERIFICATION SERVICES

The District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA) Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) requires qualified contractors to provide employment and income verification services for DCHA.

SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS will be available beginning Friday, June 5, 2026, full solicitation documents will be posted to our e-procurement system Housing Agency Marketplace at:

Respondents will then need to log in and locate this RFP for all related documents. It is the respondent’s responsibility to check the Housing Agency Market Place site regularly to stay current on the documents that are available as this is the primary communication site for this RFP.
